- Express Shipping: R250 per item
- Bulk Express: R400 for 4 or more items
- Timeline: 7–14 business days
Johannesburg Pickup
Customers will be contacted once their order arrives at the pickup location. Outside Johannesburg delivery is available; additional fees apply based on area.
🇧🇼 Botswana
Delivery Options
- Local Pickup: FREE (Gaborone)
- Courier Delivery: P30 – P60 depending on location
- Timeline: Up to 7 business days
Customers will receive a message once their order is out for delivery or ready for collection.
🌍 International
Europe & USA
- Flat Rate: $50
- Timeline: 7–14 business days

Returns & Exchanges
Returns
We do not offer refunds. Returns are only accepted if the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Exchanges
- Size exchanges are accepted subject to stock availability.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is faulty).
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items.
- Items worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
